Return & Exchanges

Our 30-Night Snuggly Trial applies only to new customers' first order at HyggeB on full-priced and specific items onlyThis includes everything under Bundle & Save and Duvet Inserts. (Note that a Return Fee applies. GroupBuy sales are not eligible for the 30-Night Snuggly Trial. Read on to find out more.)

We accept your return and give you a full refund if you do not like our product. Items have to be returned in their original packing. However, you'll be charged a Flat Return Fee of 40 SGD for shipments outside Singapore and 30 SGD for shipments in Singapore to cover our delivery and handling cost). We seek your kind understanding as used returned products will not be returned to the inventory for sale due to the nature of our products and hygiene purposes. Refund does not include any paid shipping fee and return postage fee.

Simply drop us an email at support@hyggeb.com with your order number and email address associated to the order and we'll guide you through the return procedure.

HyggeB takes extreme care and effort in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. If you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, please email to support@hyggeb.com with a photo, written description of the issue, and your order number so we can provide you with a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions. 

Exchange is available for wrong products bought within 30 days from delivery,
excluding return postage costs. Store credit will be provided where an exchange product is unavailable. Used or washed items are not allowed for an exchange due to hygiene purposes.

We do not issue refunds for wrong item purchased. Only store credit or exchange is available.

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged, eg. PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase.

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable (including postage costs for customers who enjoyed free delivery).

Please allow up to 7 business days from warehouse delivery for returns to be processed.
